Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gift Fashions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may return the items within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please read our full return policy below for details.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date you received your order.
- The items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags and labels.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items on sale or clearance
3. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely, and ship it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 7 working days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refund: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchange: If you’d prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or exchange and cover the return shipping costs. Please make sure to contact us within 7 working days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
